To void your approval to ticket, you must call within 24-hours of the original ticketing time.  A voided ticket will not be indicated on your client’s credit card statement.   If you fail to advise within 24-hours by calling our Air Consolidation Desk during business hours, the approval stands.  Then refer to Make a Change or Refund.

There is NO charge for a Voided Transaction.
